Order was handled well and items arrived promptly. Was missing bonus item but was sent replacement and appreciate the high level of customer service.

We contacted you as soon as we found out about a potential issue, but we also want you to feel comfortable raising any issues or concerns with us if something does go wrong. We normally don't open cases to verify the contents, but it seems like this was an issue that occurred on the supplier's end. If no customer had let us know about a potential issue, we would not have known to contact any potentially effected customers or known there was a problem at all.
