Shipping policy

Free Shipping

  • Eligibility: Orders over $200 shipping to the 48 contiguous United States, Puerto Rico, and the US Virgin Islands qualify for free shipping.

  • Exclusions: We do not offer free shipping to orders outside the continental United States or those requiring customs forms.

Pre-Order Shipping

  • Items with different release dates are shipped together once all items are in stock.
  • Separate Shipments: If you wish to have items shipped as they become available, please contact us at support (at) n4ytcg (dot) com. Note that this may involve cancellation and re-ordering, with applicable fees.
  • Most Japanese products ship approximately 1-2 weeks after release date due to longer processing time with our Japanese supplier. See our FAQ page for more details.

Additional Shipping Information

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 2 business days once items are in stock. Delays may occur if inventory has not yet arrived from suppliers.|

  • Inventory Delays: If we have not shipped your order yet, it is almost always because we are awaiting inventory from our suppliers. The arrival time of inventory can vary significantly depending on the supplier’s location and their distance from us. As a result, some retailers, especially those located closer to the suppliers, may receive stock earlier than we do.

  • Weekend Orders: Orders placed over the weekend are processed the following Monday.

  • Case has been opened: Occasionally, we open cases to verify contents or to include bonus items/invoices. This ensures that all products meet our quality standards and that any promotional items or extras are included as promised.

  • High-Value Orders: Orders over $750 require signature confirmation upon delivery.
  • Transparency in Delays: We will update the product page regarding delays as soon as we have information. We understand the inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience. You may follow our socials @n4ytcg on all platforms for updates as well.

  • Communication: Product pages will be updated in the event of any significant delays, and we regularly be updated as more details become available. Our goal is always to ship orders out as quickly as possible once we receive the inventory.

Special Handling

  • Protection and Verification: To protect your purchase and ensure package integrity, we sometimes open manufacturer cases. This is done strictly for quality control, ensuring contents are complete and whole, and to insert any additional promotional materials or information as required.

  • Transparency: We ensure that this process does not interfere with the quality or completeness of your order. The original contents are never altered, just verified or supplemented as necessary.

Shipping Couriers

  • We use the most cost-effective shipping couriers available to your location.
  • Primary Couriers: Our primary shipping couriers are UPS and USPS for all orders within the US.

International Shipping

  • Currently Unavailable: We do not offer direct international shipping at this time. Customers outside the USA are encouraged to use a package forwarding service to receive orders.

Using a Package Forwarding Service

  • Customer Responsibility: Customers opting for a forwarding service should ensure that their chosen service can handle the shipment according to our packaging and product types.
  • Liability: Once an order is delivered to your forwarding service address in the USA, we consider it as completed on our end. We are not responsible for any loss or damage that occurs after the order has been handed over to the forwarding service.
  • Customs and Import Duties: Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or other charges that may be incurred during international shipping.
  • Returns and Exchanges: We are unable to offer returns or exchanges on orders that have been shipped internationally via a forwarding service. Any returns must be handled according to our return policy and will require the product to be sent back to the USA at the customer’s expense.

Future Plans

  • Expansion to International Shipping: We are exploring options to provide direct international shipping in the future and will update our customers as new shipping options become available.

Shipping Times

  • Standard: 2-9 days within the Continental US.
  • Expedited: 1-3 days within the Continental US.
  • Please note, transit times are provided by the couriers and are not guaranteed by us.

Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on weight, dimensions, and destination, with a 3% handling fee included.

Additional Services

  • Extra Packaging: If you want your case to be shipped with an additional outer case, it comes with an additional $10 cost. The cost is to compensate for increased weight and dimensions, labor, and materials used. Please leave a note in your order or contact support (at) n4ytcg (dot) com so we can accommodate you.

Tracking Information

  • Tracking numbers are provided within 24 hours of shipment. Tracking information is automatically sent to customer's email address once the order has been fulfilled. You can also view order history & tracking numbers in your customer account page.

Holidays

  • No orders are processed on official US holidays.

Terms and Conditions

  • Shipping Delays: Delays due to supplier or courier issues do not entitle customers to cancellations, refunds, or compensation.
  • Undeliverable Orders: Costs incurred from undeliverable addresses or package refusal are the responsibility of the customer.
