For transparency purposes, we do want to let people know that there are times when we do have to open cases (to include surprise bonus items, etc), but if that ever happens, we never would do something like replace the original contents of the case. However, majority of the cases we do ship are shipped as we receive them direct from our suppliers. Sometimes we add additional layers of tape for transit purposes, but the original contents are never altered by us. You never have to worry about the integrity of the product you receive, and if there are any concerns or mistakes with your order, reach us at anytime.
